San Diego Residents - Opportunity to Hear Dr. Arun Gandhi
Author and journalist, Dr. Arun Gandhi will discuss the intersections of his life with the social justice lessons that his beloved grandfather Gandhi taught him more than 70 years ago. Dr. Gandhi has spent a lifetime pondering and working to embody the transformative concept: "Be the change you wish to see in this world" which he learned as he lived with his grandfather in the final years of his life.
He will discuss key ideas shared in his book, "The Gift of Anger," as well as his two children's books, "Be the Change" and "Grandfather Gandhi."
There will be a public signing opportunity after the Q&A segment of the presentation.
This speaking engagement is open to the public and is appropriate for all ages!
Note: Parking will be limited on the Marston Middle campus. We recommend that you park at the Clairemont High School parking lot which has hundreds of spaces. Marston Middle auditorium is a block and a half away from the Clairemont High parking lot.
